Created new forum post in Genres: Hi Nicholas,
The genres on v2.0 seem to be broken, as you reported. I'm working with the OData team to fix the existing data issues - if you can provide specific examples to the apisupport alias it'd be really helpful.

Created new forum post in Odata Canada: The Canada data in the API is not supported by our team for use by open developers at this time. We won't stop people from using things they've discovered, but we're not actively supporting it.

Created new forum post in When will API v2 be available?: That's a bug - I'm opening an internal ticket on it now. As you might imagine from the "Preview" state we're still tightening the bolts on this version, but we are definitely fixing issues as they're found.

Created new forum post in How can I get the API code?: The API is not an SDK. It is an HTTP-based API, for which there are several existing libraries (look under "Resources"). The documentation on this site covers how to use the API.
Thanks,

Created new forum post in OAuth: No, a period is a valid character for URLs. But a period at the end of a given portion of the URL is helpfully stripped for you by .NET.
They think that all periods at the end of URLs are because of this:
