I am working to write a replacement for an existing netflix plugin for Media Portal.
I noticed that in the terms of service it says we cant embed play now but must spawn a new window.
How does this apply to non web based applications?

I am trying to access /users/userid/queues/disc but the documentation says i must pass max_request to receive more than the default 25.

Updated forum post in Now Play Feature in JS Lib: I was wondering if the the now play feature via the js library will force silverlight player onto users or if just the test accounts are already opted in.
Any information would be appreciated.

I guess it is safe to assume that the test accounts provided on this site are opted in to silverlight already by default?
