  1. Question: What happened to the categories services. By your examples we should still be able to reach different categories such as:

    http://api.netflix.com/categories/mpaa_ratings
    http://api.netflix.com/categories/tv_ratings
    http://api.netflix.com/categories/queue/availability
    http://api.netflix.com/categories/title_formats

    The only one that works is:

    http://api.netflix.com/categories/genres

    Is there a plan to repair this or update the docs?
