Runtime is null for many titles in the catalog - why is this?

I found no <runtime> element for a few thousand tiles in the catalog. I checked for a few and even NF.com does not have a Length for these titles.

    Some examples:

    Why is this?

Or, is there another way to get the runtimes of such titles?

    Hi,

One thing that I noticed of these tiltes are that they are all in the saved state. That could mean that these titles are getting set up. I will check with our content team, they might be able to correct/populate these.

    Thanks,
    Priya.

Hi Priya: not sure what you mean by getting set up because each one of these titles has been streamed by the subscriber at some point. Let me know if you'd like some title_id,user_id combinations via email and I can send you. Thanks.

Hi Raghus: This is what our content team says: - Most of these are “theatricals,” meaning we don’t have actual DVD specs for them yet (so the runtime is not there). As they get the DVD specs, these will get populated.

    Hope this helps,
    Priya.
