When I try to remove my app via http://www.netflix.com/ThirdPartyAccess
I get the app list with remove buttons. However, when I click on one, it either does nothing, or refreshes to a page with the following error text.
Sorry, we can't access your authorized sites and applications right now. This is our fault, not yours; please try again later.
Hmm... One of the things that can cause that message to display is if there's a problem executing the Javascript callback. It would be helpful to us to know what browser and OS you're using.
Sorry for the problem, but thanks for letting us know about this.
One machine is Firefox/3.5.2 on Fedora 11.
The other machine is Firefox 3.5.x on Vista.
The fedora machine actually refreshed the page after hitting OK, displaying the error, and did not remove the app auth. After a refresh, the app is still authorized.
The vista machine did nothing after hitting OK, and I had to manually refresh, but it did seem to get the app eventually removed.
FWIW, I have the same problem on Vista 64 using both Firefox and Explorer.
BTW How do you get to the thirdparty app page from the netflix site? I go to my account but don't see anything there that would point me to third part apps.
Actually, looks like that's a bug on our side. We're chasing the problem down, but yeah, it seems to be that someone may have accidentally removed that link from sub-profile pages.

It does seem to invalidate the tokens though
