Hey there, i've gotten reports from some users that they're seeing empty disc and instant queues (even though they have movies in them on the netflix site). For example, i have a user with the following data:
User ID: T1Z.LljDwKg7dPjuH9pFHzkR0VZXcgGGch3S1.V1nAdOA-
Key: T1_pOf_HVdcax1YEov3gbTBac7tt0Wh4y4Iag9e.ualCevldTPVGchQDU_rQtgUb6Qt3FLizWkwycf_t9XT3.Qcg--
Secret: 8JGJKhgq7kFp
However, when i query the 'feed.queues.disc' feed, i get the following back:
name = "number_of_results";
text = 0;
Not all queues are lke this. For example, the 'at-home' queue does report 2 movies.
Hi Cyrus, we checked this user and this user doesn't seem to have any titles in the queue. The user does have some titles at home, just for clarification, those titles won't appear as a part of your queue if that's what it is being referred to as the problem, instead it will appear under the at_home resource. If you give me other users where they have a problem, we could look into it. Happy coding.
