I am using one of my allocated test accounts, but when I try to enable Blu-Ray it say it has a problem authorizing my credit card. Should the test accounts allow Blu-Ray? Thanks, Dave.

If I remember correctly, Blu-Ray isn't yet available for test accounts due to internal reasons.

Yes, we're speaking to one of our internal partner teams tomorrow about enabling this.
