In short, it means that if you have an application called "Foobar", you can't call it "Netflix Foobar" or "Foobar by Netflix". It also means you can't call your application simply "Netflix", but I'm guessing you never intended to do that anyway.
http://developer.netflix.com/docs/Branding provides some good examples of what you can and cannot call your app as well as how to place the required attribution link.
In the pdf it says "General Branding: Netflix cannot be the leading brand or the only brand"
What does that mean?
Thanks!
