I tried to sign up for a test account so that I may start working on an app (I already have developer account). There's a link for 'My Test Accounts' in the 'My Account' page, but there's nothing listed (obviously I don't have a test account yet) and there's no option for creating one. The blog post introducing the API said to "Sign up for free test accounts on the My Account page". Am I missing something?
The My Test Account section of the My Account page should have some explanatory text and 3 links stating "Click here to set up test account n". You don't see this at http://developer.netflix.com/member/e/test?
You won't see these links until you register for an consumer (aka application) key and secret. We'll update our messaging on the My Test Accounts page accordingly.

Michael,
I was wondering if that was the case. I didn't have a specific project in mind yet which is why I didn't request an application key.

No worries, Mark. You can still request an application key even if you're just investigating for now.

Michael, I requested an app key and was able to make a test account fine. Thanks for your help.
